Landing 13 – Jump into it

Lets start increasing the difficulty by incorporating a small jump into the landing. The MAIN idea is to replicate the exact same landing position as before. We're slowly increasing the stress onto the structure of the body, so don't go crazy. If the structure doesn't do exactly as it was doing before the jumping, then it's too much of a jump. Reduce it and try again.

The main fault I see with landings is that the landing or force is too great because the person has tried to do too big of a jump. If you can't maintain the good stable structure, then you're going to damage your body over longer periods of time. Don't let ego get in the way, slow down, reduce the size of the jump and repeat with quality.
