How to Balance #08 – Alternative Sideways

Alternative Sideways Rail Movement.

Trying out different intros.
This one should be better for reference on the Instagram feed.
Ok, so let's have a go at the 'behind the leg' crossover walking on the rail.

  • Both directions, as always.
  • Make sure that you are in control 💯% of the time. It will be very easy to loose control and rush the movement. This won't help you at all. Full control is what we are after.
  • Keep maximum tension as much as possible. The most contraction you have, the less wobble you have. Maximum effort, not minimum! Try it out and see how you get on!
