Climbup hand position.


Practice transitioning the grip from being on the side of the wall (cat position) into being flat on top of the wall.
This is going to help with getting on top of the wall without using the forearms and elbows. Also, this will start to get you used to understanding pivot points and actually using this hand position in the muscle-up and being in false grip.
