Simple one today... Just the idea of moving forwards and stepping. Don't automatically shift your bodyweight at the same time. Get used to placing and the shifting.
As you become more experienced this movement will automatically become natural and LOOK like you are shifting at the same time, but there is a split second before the commitment where you can stop. So let's get started on the process!
Try not to linger too long with two feet on the bar either. Three free limbs are better for balance than two!
