Balance - Controlling the Marble
This little tip is to get you to focus on contracting your muscles and do more than just wobble on the bar in a loose state.
Do the maximum amount of effort needed, not the minimum. To do this, you need to be tense and contracted, ready to pounce... This means you can react quickly to wherever your body is leaning.
As you become more comfortable you'll not need to contract and tense so much because you'll be able to control the marble better.
