Balancing 10 – Without using Arms
Balancing without using Arms.
Trying to balance without the use of your arms will be particularly tricky and will take a while to get used to. Keep persevering!
Go slowly! Spend 10seconds on the bar without arms and come off. Then 15secs... Work up until you feel comfortable for longer periods of time
The other leg will be doing most of the balancing for you, so make sure it is straight, as well as your hips.
Always do both legs!
