Conditioning
This is a catch-all category for strengthening and conditioning, two separate things - one is increasing your muscular ability to load greater amounts. The other is to train and repeat a skill so that it becomes easier to perform. "Being strong to be useful" is one of the original founders' tenets, and with good reason. It provides you with greater abilities and the legendary parkour "body-armour", but also enables you to help others too.
